Stephen Toole

Stephen Toole is a career educator who has been teaching throughout the world for over 20 years. He has taught in Australia, the USA, China, Germany, India, the Netherlands. Two year ago he moved back to China in the new role as a social emotional counselor for grades 9 - 12, after teaching middle school Social Studies/Humanities.
In 2016, he completed an M.Ed. research project, through Flinders University in Australia, on the social and emotional needs of third culture kids (TCKs) and the impact of transition. As a result, he has become passionate about the issues facing TCKs and is an advocate who raises an awareness of their unique needs and challenges within the international school community.
Stephen is married to an ATCK and they have three children who are "growing up among worlds".
