After 30 years of leading diverse, multicultural teams across financial services firms in Boston, Bangalore, and New York, I founded Tradewinds Career Consulting to help organizations unlock the power of purpose-driven leadership in their organizations, domestic and global.

My love for international travel and experiencing other cultures is a personal passion, and it blossomed very early for me. I lived in several regions of the United States during my childhood with my family. My international education began during my sophomore year when I lived in Rome, Italy, and began to travel throughout Europe. Upon graduation, I started a two-year Fulbright teaching position in Austria. Since then, I have never stopped finding ways to see the world. I have traveled extensively in Europe and visited northern and eastern Africa and the UAE. I accepted an expat position at my firm; while serving as an expat in India for three years, I toured extensively in Asia and later established a firm for my employer in Dalian, China.

I sought opportunities to navigate my career goals by combining my love for international travel with my professional accomplishments. During my last 12 years in corporate, I focused on international leadership roles, managing global delivery, establishing new multi-national businesses and governance models, forging multi-national strategic partnerships, and contracting joint ventures.
