Dr. Wiggins is the creator of the Cultural Agility Change Model™, a framework that equips leaders with the tools to navigate complex identity dynamics and communicate effectively across global teams. She is also the co-author of From Sabotage to Support: A New Vision for Feminist Solidarity in the Workplace, which explores how women can build collective power to drive systemic change.
