Dr. Joy L. Wiggins is a TEDx speaker, author, and global consultant specializing in cross-cultural communication, leadership development, and organizational change. She helps companies increase profitability and innovation by strengthening collaboration during global expansions, mergers, and culture transformation initiatives.
As Founder and Global CEO of Joy Wiggins, Ph.D.: Cultural Agility Consulting, she partners with Fortune 500 companies and universities worldwide to build culturally agile organizations that thrive across borders. Her clients include Siemens Energy, Microsoft, Charles Schwab, Penske Media Corporation (PMC), and NXP Semiconductors.
Dr. Wiggins is the creator of the Cultural Agility Change Model™, a framework that equips leaders with the tools to navigate complex identity dynamics and communicate effectively across global teams. She is also the co-author of From Sabotage to Support: A New Vision for Feminist Solidarity in the Workplace, which explores how women can build collective power to drive systemic change.
A former professor at the University of Texas Arlington and Western Washington University, and the former Global DEI Content and Research Lead at Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), Dr. Wiggins bridges academic insight with corporate strategy to help organizations align culture with performance and profit.
