This is an intro that I use. I get that it is a little different to a formal bio:
Conor Cunneen is IrishmanSpeaks.

This man is happily exiled in the Chicago area where he says // the Guinness is good, // the natives are friendly and he has been force fed more corned beef and green beer than he ever had in Ireland.

Conor is a keynote speaker  //  an award winning humorist // and multiple author including two books on Mark Twain.

As an Irish immigrant, he is a very proud recipient of the President's Gold Medal for Volunteer Service for the work he does with the unemployed.

Winner Chicago Humorous Speaker of the Year.

Living in the Chicago area, he has happily suffered the slings and arrows of being a Packers fan – which let’s face it, Bears fan - has not been very hard!

He loves his darling wife, Pat, two adult kids and adores his two red-headed grand-kids.

He bleeds Manchester United red and is a Metallica fan!
