Flor was born in Venezuela, left her beloved home country 23 years ago. She is a senior culture & change leader who has operated across complex systems. Mission-driven nonprofit executive with extensive experience in cross-cultural wisdom building, people strategy, organizational development, and fundraising strategy. Having lived and worked in the US, Germany and Latin America, Flor brings deep cross-cultural insight to stewarding relationships with donors, sponsors, corporate partners, and boards, while advising leaders on inclusive culture, talent systems, and sustainable growth.
Flor is the proud mom of 3 TCKs, all in college, and she now enjoys life in NY with her husband, hiking, traveling, visiting local coffee houses and reading.
